I ran in the hills today for approx 45 minutes. Having not worked out at all since February has really taken it’s toll on my girlish figure (those of you who know me, understand). I ran and Iistened to Death cat for cutie, Elvis Costello, Janis Joplin, Aimie Mann, Patty Griffin and others. I listened, looked around, listened and looked. The rush of endorphins did, albeit temporarily, give me a rush of hopefullness. I love the color green, it’s my fave.

I encountered someone on canopy road today. This individual and i discussed the goings-on in today’s “new” world, and how circumstances have now forced us to live our lives quite differently from just a few days ago. This person’s eyes had a dispirited gaze. They spoke about what was presently happening and how it was already effecting not only them, but all of us. I didn’t ask questions, i just listened and surveyed as their eyes expressed more than their words ever could. McAvoy

above words by Alfred Lord Tennyson (and Darcy).

shedding your “clothes” and experiencing has such an impact; an impact that everyone (do you hear me) should feel. McAvoy

it is an incredible feeling to reach into the inner depths of self and truly feel what real change actually feels like.
